Ordering custom bags for the first time can feel complicated. In reality, it comes down to a few simple decisions. Here is exactly how the process works with Rasheed, from your first message to delivery.
Step 1: Tell us what you need
Send us a short message with:
- The type of bag you are interested in (die-cut, handle, box, T-shirt or shoe bag)
- The approximate size, or what you will put inside the bag
- The quantity you need
- Your logo, if you already have it
Not sure about the style or size? That is fine. Tell us what you sell and we will recommend the best option.
Step 2: Choose size, colour and printing
- Sizes: custom sizes from 16 to 80 cm wide and 25 to 55 cm high.
- Colours: a wide range of bag colours depending on the style.
- Printing: 1, 2, 3 or 4 colours, or plain bags without printing.
Step 3: Get your quote
Price depends on the bag size and the printing, so we prepare a quote for your exact specification. The minimum order is 3,000 bags.
Step 4: Approve the design
We prepare a design proof showing your logo on the bag. You review it, request any changes, and approve it before anything goes into production.
Step 5: Production
Once the design is approved, production takes about one week in our own factory.
Step 6: Delivery
We deliver across all Emirates. Let us know your delivery address and any timing constraints, such as an event date or store opening, when you place your order.

- Send your logo in a high-quality vector format if possible (AI, PDF or SVG).
- If you need bags for a specific date, contact us early to leave time for design approval.
